Female Nude 18

Female Nude 18 by R.C. Gorman is a contemplative graphite portrait study of a woman with cascading hair, her face shown in profile with downcast eyes conveying serene introspection. A draped fabric or shawl frames her shoulders, adding dimension and softness to the composition. Gorman’s delicate pencil technique captures both anatomical precision and emotional quietude, the gentle shading emphasizing her refined features and graceful posture. This drawing exemplifies the artist’s signature sensitivity to the subtleties of feminine form and presence. A tender acquisition for serious collectors of fine portraiture and representational drawing.
