These terms apply to use of the R.C. Gorman Navajo Gallery website and purchases through its online store. Please review the product information, checkout details, and these terms before ordering.

Artwork and product information

Product descriptions identify the item and available options. Images are provided to help you choose; screen settings may affect the appearance of colors. Select the size, framing and other options carefully. Items marked “Call for Price” or inquiry-only, including original artwork currently offered by inquiry, require contacting the gallery and cannot be purchased through normal online checkout.

Orders, availability and payment

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Prices, available options, taxes and shipping charges are presented during shopping and checkout. If we discover an availability, pricing or fulfillment problem with an order, we will contact you to discuss it and arrange a resolution, including a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled. An inquiry does not reserve artwork unless separately agreed with the gallery.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping charges depend on the cart and delivery destination and are shown before you submit an order. Free shipping applies only where the offer displayed at checkout makes the order eligible. Framed items may have a separate size-based shipping charge. Delivery estimates are estimates; contact us about delays, an incorrect address, or delivery concerns.

Returns, cancellations and damaged items

If you need to cancel an order, request a return, or report damage or an incorrect item, contact us with your order number as soon as possible. Keep packaging and photographs for a damage report. Please contact us before sending artwork back so we can give you return instructions. Your applicable statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Website content and acceptable use

Artwork images, text, names, and other website content may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other rights held by the gallery or their respective owners. Purchasing a physical item does not transfer reproduction rights. Do not reproduce or commercially use protected content without permission from the appropriate rights holder. Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Privacy and customer assistance

Our Privacy Policy describes the handling of personal information. If a website feature is difficult to use, contact us for assistance with information or an order.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Changes are prospective and do not remove rights that apply to an existing purchase under applicable law.
