Female Nude 20

Female Nude 20 by R.C. Gorman is a graceful pencil study of a reclining female figure in peaceful repose, her face serene and eyes gently closed. Warm tonal washes complement the linear framework, creating soft volumetric form across her relaxed body. The composition suggests intimate quietness, a moment of rest and vulnerability rendered with Gorman’s characteristic sensitivity to the subtleties of repose. The neutral background allows focus to remain entirely on the figure’s contemplative stillness. A fine acquisition for collectors drawn to lyrical figure studies and meditative representations of the human form.
