Sharleen: Poster is an R.C. Gorman poster from the gallery’s celebrated collection. Posters remain the easiest way to live with Gorman’s art — a well-produced reproduction of the artist’s imagery, suited to standard framing.
Like the rest of the gallery’s holdings, this work reflects Gorman’s devotion to the Native American women and Southwest landscapes that made his name. Framed in a standard size, the poster brings Gorman’s imagery home at its most approachable. A strong addition to collections of Native American fine art, poster work, and the art of the Southwest.
Questions about this piece — condition, framing, or display — are welcome; the gallery team is happy to help.
